The coffee carafe in the lobby was available in the AM (not fresh tasting and lukewarm) and I guess until they ran out because it wasn’t there by 1pm. Noticed most of the guests were older population which was good because the hotel was pretty quiet. ![]() Parking: 5 ⭐️ plenty! Dining availability: 1 ⭐️ you have to drive at least 4 miles for good food. Upstairs guests were heavy footed and walking a lot past midnight! If you are a light sleeper, ask for a 4th floor room. Room: 1 ⭐️ stained duvet and a quick wipe with my chlorox wipes lessened the stain…so I assumed it WASN’T changed from the previous guest, good thing we were given a 2 queen bedroom so we used the other one but eeeww coz i know they don’t wash between guests. There were so much help available to make sure the food is in good supply and the area clean and if you need a refill of something. Location: 5 ⭐️ just a few mins drive to the entrance of Bryce National Park Free Breakfast: 5⭐️ best hot breakfast I’ve had but the coffee was just ok. Did not offer to suggestions or any pleasantries. More Show lessĬheck-in: 2 ⭐️ the guy who checked us in spoke in a monotonous, uninterested tone. Please shop around-there are other properties in the area just as nice for much less money. Still, not at all worth the exorbitant price. However, I have to say the breakfast was very very impressive-a large buffet with a good choice of hot foods and meats. Also be aware that almost every day a busload of people descend upon the place and take over the lobby and the breakfast area in the morning. There was maintenance equipment left in the hallway. We were on the top floor and often waited a full five minutes for an elevator. This is a huge hotel with 2 wings, but there is only 1 elevator per wing which is SUPER SLOW. Also the bathrooms didn't look too clean, with brownish tile and greyish grout, especially around the tub. It looked like they recently took queen sized mattressed and plopped them on top of old full size foundations so that the edges and bottom end of the mattresses hung over (so you couldn't sleep too close to the edge). In some places the veneer was peeled off, or big gouges present. The furniture is old and obviously well used. It was very expensive yet the rooms were what I would call "shabby". We just got back from a 2 night stay here and were disappointed at the quality of the hotel. ![]()
